Hit a hole-in-one? Congratulations – you’ve just pulled off the shot golfers dream about. 

The claims process is simple, but we’ll need a few details to verify your entry and keep everything official:
 

• Your full name (Exactly as it appears on official Australian Government photo ID and entry)

• Email address

• Mobile number

• Name of the golf course

• Hole number played

• Date & time of your shot

• Once verified, we will ask for a copy of your Australian Government-issued photo ID

• Winners Release form (Download here)

Once you’ve submitted these details, our team will verify your entry against the footage and the promotion rules. We’ll be in touch to confirm the next steps and get your prize sorted.
